How to book and purchase the tickets online?
(!) While booking online, please, remember that airline tickets are booked and paid at the same time. After successful booking, you get on Your е-mail Сonfirmation which contains information about flight, fare and address of office, where you can pick up Your ticket. (!) Online booking can be processed no later than 6 hours before flight.
How many seats may I reserve at one time?
You may reserve up to nine seats at one time.
May I reserve more than one trip at a time?
You may reserve as many as five separate trips (one way-tickets or return tickets) each calendar day. However, the total number of passengers in each reservation cannot exceed nine persons.
How will I know if my reservation was successful?
When your reservation goes through, you will receive a confirmation page that will include your reservation number, route, cost of your trip, personal data of passenger(s), and so forth.
Confirmation of your reservation will also be sent to you via e-mail. If there are any problems with your reservation or you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, do not hesitate to contact our Online Reservation Group at online@aerosvit.com.
May I order special food service for my flight?
You may order the following special food services while processing your booking: seafood, vegetarian, diabetic, kosher food, and smaller portions of these or our regular meals for children, infants, and seniors.
We pay your attention, that Meal and Seats order is an additional service, your request may not be confirmed. On code share and domestic flights the special meal request is not available, and places beforehand are not ordered. Selected own flights where for economy class passengers chargeable special meals providing will be implemented, rations available for sale…Now Economy class passengers can pre-order hot meals to be served during the flight
May I reserve a ticket for other passengers even if they are not travelling with me?
You may book and pay a ticket for a passenger if he is not travelling with you.
Once payment is made, passengers may collect their tickets at the airport before departure or at the nearest “AeroSvit” office, which will be specified during your reservation. In case if while booking online incorrect information is given – credit card holder personal details, contact phone number - Airline will cancel the booking and the passenger will not be accepted on board.
May I order an electronic ticket?
Presently you can choose an electronic ticket for “AeroSvit” flights, which are marked with the letter e. Please pay you attention, on the rightness of entering the next information – route, dates of travel, Passenger’s last name and name.
What flights may be reserved online?
Presently you can book seats on all regular “AeroSvit” flights, which leave not earlier, than in 6 hours and not later than 12 months from the moment of ticket booking.
Please pay attention, that you are able to pick up the ticket at that ticket office, which you chose at the moment of booking.
How are fares calculated and what services are included with each ticket?
In accordance with your request, the booking system will propose you a few fares or the cheapest and restricted one from the searched category (Economy, Business). Ticket price depends on:
- the in-flight service class of the ticket, - the date of flight and the number of seats available, - and restrictions on the ticket: (as a rule, the cheapest fares have restrictions concerning return dates, changes to departure and arrival dates, and so forth). The total fare includes fare itself, airport fees and charges, and services of mail, if you chose mail delivery of the ticket. Ordinary mail delivery on (cities are presented in a list) is without payment. Please note that “AeroSvit” retains the right to change all rates-except those that have already been paid for-at any time without any prior notification.
How may I pay for a trip reserved online?
Presently you are able to pay for the ticket while booking. We assume all basic credit cards of the followings payment systems: Visa, Visa-Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club.
The fare amount will be withdrawn from Your credit card account at the moment of booking completion in currency which you chose for payment ( dollar - PayPal or hryvnya -PrivatBank) We pay Your attention that if Your credit card is opened in other currency (roubles, EUR) – the payment is processed and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider.
